Path of Practice: exploring the path, unfolding the self.
Path of Practice is a 6 week small-group exploration of yoga as a living art. Together, we weave teachings from the sūtras, asana, pranayama, meditation, and chanting into the questions and curiosity you bring. Through conversation and shared reflection, the practice becomes intimate, vibrant, and deeply nourishing for the mind, body, and spirit.

The Living Yoga Retreat is a weekend long immersion into the foundational principles of yoga philosophy & practice. At the core, yoga is not just something we do for an hour on our mat. Yoga is a way of living and being in the world. In our time together we will explore how our practices of movement, breathing, meditation, diet, & ayurvedic rituals relate to the overarching yoga philosophy. This weekend will be a chance to experience the wholeness that yoga provides and bring the teachings deeper into how we see the world and our own life.
Teas and Ayurvedic vegetarian lunch will be provided.
