Find a moment of peace in the chaos of the holidays. Expect to get comfortable, focus on your breathing with gentle movement and a peaceful meditation. Please have a paper/journal and pen/pencil available. Optional materials: chair, mat, blocks, bolster or folded blanket - if feet can't touch the floor in seated position.
