A Day of Meditation: Guided meditation & awareness practices to support your deep intention.

Begin the year with a day of meditative practices lead by Katie Parker and Celeste Greene at Living Yoga Studio.

We will explore our understanding of “intention” - what it is, how to align with it and how to act from it. Katie and Celeste will guide gentle breathing, movement & meditations designed to cultivate more connection to ourselves and our deep intentions.

Day of Meditation Schedule
8:45am - arrival, settle in & enjoy tea
9:00am - welcome, introductions
9:30am - morning practice, led by Celeste
11: 00am - tea & journaling
11:30am - ayurvedic lunch in studio or outside, weather depending
12:30pm - rest & reflective time
1:00pm - afternoon practice, led by Katie
2:30pm - closing & reflections
3:00pm - goodbyes
