Returning
A weekly meditation offering a dedicated space to be still, quiet, and connect inwardly. Each hour begins with a short dharma talk, followed by a guided loving-kindness meditation that gently leads into a 25–30 minute silent sit. Afterward, there’s optional time to share experiences, and the session concludes with a reading. Silence is observed in the meditation room, while students are welcome to connect in the hallway before and after class.
