$650/person

The Living Yoga Retreat is a weekend immersion into the foundational principles of yoga. At the core, yoga is not just something we just do on our mat. Yoga is a way of living and being in the world. We will explore how our practices of movement, breathing, meditation, diet, & Ayurvedic rituals relate to the overarching philosophy of living yoga. This weekend will be a chance to experience the wholeness that yoga provides and bring the teachings deeper into how you see yourself and the world around you.

Accomodations: This is not an overnight retreat, but if you are looking for a full immersion weekend, we have two options for you:
1)Camp at Hummingbird Hill - There is plenty of room for camping on the property. If this is something you are interested in, please reach out to me at info@celestegreene.com to discuss.

2) Airbnb in Joelton or Whites Creek. Below are a few great options close by!

Sample Schedule:
8am - chanting, asana & meditation
9:30am - light breakfast & chai
10:30am - creek side walk
11:30am - Yoga Sutras study
1pm - lunch under the pine trees
2pm - down time for journaling, resting, walking or connecting with others
3pm - Ayurveda study
4:30pm - chanting, asana & meditation

Sample Menu:

Light Breakfast - Spiced oats, stewed apples & Morning Chai

Lunch - Roasted Winter Squash, Warming Kitchari with homemade wheat bread and chefs special dessert

Snacks - Autumn Digestive Tea & Date Balls
