Join me for this 2-hour workshop and explore the facets of spinal rotations in your asana. Whether you are a beginner or working towards advanced yoga poses, this workshop will allow you to discover the physical, emotional, and energetic benefits of twists. Deepen your understanding of how to move efficiently and effectively and your knowledge of the relationship between the spine and the breath, and how it can affect prāṇa. This workshop will begin with gentle warm-up movements to prepare the body for deeper stretches and twists and conclude with a relaxing savasana or meditation to help integrate the benefits of the practice and leave participants feeling grounded and rejuvenated.
