Monthly Meditation (May)

This is a time to pause, reflect and reconnect before your week begins. We begin the session with a loving kindness meditation, then enter into a little meditative movement to connect to the breath and begin to quiet the body. This movement naturally travels towards stillness and we sit in silence for 30 min. The beginning 5 minutes of the sit is guided with awareness cues and prompts to help you settle in. No meditation experience required.
